Shipping policy

Delivery is made to the following countries: France, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Denmark.

The order is delivered to the customer's home or to a relay point (if the country of destination allows it), at the customer's choice. Orders are handled either by the transport company DPD, Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

It is the responsibility of the user to check shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and claims that appear justified, or even to refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious traces of deterioration. If there are any complaints following receipt of the order, it is essential to send an e-mail to, all this within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

The delivery costs are as follows:

- Belgium delivery: at home (5€), in a relay point (4€), at Tante Reine's (free)

- France delivery : home delivery (10€), in a relay point (5,5€)

- delivery Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg: at home (10€)

- delivery United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark: at home (15€)

The customer has 14 working days from the effective delivery date to inform Tante Reine of his or her wish to withdraw. The customer sends an email to or a letter to the address rue Jean-Baptiste Labarre, 6 1180 Uccle - Belgium to make his or her return request.

The returned product must be in its original condition. It must not have been used or washed, nor must it have undergone even minimal deterioration. The replacement or refund can only take place after receipt of the products subject to withdrawal. In the event of a refund, the amount corresponding to the returned product will be refunded to the customer, with the exception of the shipping costs, which are at the customer's expense.

If the product is not received by Tante Reine or is not in its original condition or has been damaged, Tante Reine reserves the right to return it to the customer without the possibility of exchange or reimbursement or to take into account any repair costs.

If the request for exchange is due to an error in the customer's order, the customer will pay the full delivery costs (return to Tante Reine and return to the customer). Upon receipt of the items to be exchanged, Tante Reine undertakes to send back the new or equivalent product.
